The Gossip Girl star, Kelly Rutherford started to catch tabloids attention with her fresh announced pregnancy followed by the shocking statement and fact that she is divorcing her husband, Daniel Giersch.

According to People, Rutherford, 40, who is three months pregnant, filed for divorce on the December, 30, invoking “irreconcilable differences”. The bitter action came after, when her partner, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch, filed for separation the same day…It mostly seems to be like a marathon for the couple, a competition that’s not appropriate for the whole situation.

For Rutherford this is her second marriage which last 2 years and brought her 2 year old son, Hermes and evidently another on the way. It might be a consequence of extra pregnancy hormones, but the timing is extremely bad for both of them.

Anyway she can get her mind busy with work thoughts, because she is expected on Gossip Girl set on New york this Tuesday.
