Miley Cyrus writes a memoir and speaks about her bond with dad Billy Ray

With the help of writer Hilary Liftin, the 16 year-old Hannah Montana star will pretty soon release her memoirs which will be published, according to Associated Press, by Disney-Hyperion Books. The autobiographical note entitled "Miles to go" will be on the stands next months, but AP handled to get a copy put on sale early.

The sneak preview points out Miley's consternation against people's accuses which damned her close relationship to her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus.

“The media has said some stuff about my dad and me being too close and too cuddly for a father and a daughter,” the teenager said. "For me and my dad it’s not weird at all.”

Reports started to be criticizing their weird father-and-daughter bond after last year’s photo shoot for Vanity Fair, when she is shown leaning back against her father, his arm around her shoulder, both looking gloomy and distracted. Even though she didn't mention the picture in her memoires, Miley confessed that she loves her dad, who also co-stars on her “Hannah Montana” show, and “we don’t let other people tell us what expressions we’re supposed to have on our faces when we take a picture together!”
