A tabloid reporter claims that after Mel Gibson and his pregnant girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva appeared at the launch of Playhouse, the actor attacked him.

According to Popeater.com, the Life & Style Weekly reporter tried to take pictures of the couple while they were sitting at the VIP section. Gibson’s security guards confiscated the camera and deleted the photos. The reporter then sent another colleague to get another shot. It seems that Mel who maybe drank a little bit, attacked the man before storming out of the club.

“Mel approached the guy who tried to take his picture and ripped his shirt”, an eyewitness declared.

The victim went straight to the local police station to file a report against Mel.

Mel or his representative made no declaration about the incident.
