While turning 50-years-old is seen by many to be a depressing time, Madonna was all smiles as she and Guy Ritchie arrived at the Volstead Nightclub for Madge’s 50th birthday party on Saturday night (August 16). Wearing thigh boots, a partially transparent chiffon dress and her Kabbalah bracelet, the “Queen of Pop” smilingly posed for paparazzi while holding onto her husband’s arm as they made their way inside of the LonDon Hotspot.
