We are talking about 34 years old Leonardo Dicaprio who has to lose 30lbs for a fight sequence in his new action film called ‘Inception’. The actor plays an officer worker who becomes involved in a blackmail scandal. For this role, DiCaprio has to be in his best body shape so he went on a new diet and exercise regime to help him lose the pounds.

“Leonardo needs to shed at least 30lbs. He’s gained weight recently and looks almost a bit flabby, which isn’t good, especially as the camera adds pounds. There’s an action scene coming up at the end of the year in which he needs to appear emaciated, so the pressure is on,” an insider declared for RadarOnline.
