Recently she was seen in Cork, Ireland wearing a see-through blouse which permitted to see her nipples covered with some black tape!!! So she has no more nipples for what we can see!

Another explanation could be that, despite her musical success, the singer left with no money to buy a decent bra. So the shy Gaga did her best covering herself with the poor outfit she has.
