Katherine Jackson received Michael’s children custody

Finally the decision about Michael Jackson’s three kids (Prince, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, 7) custody has been taken. And the kids will remain in Katherine Jackson’s care. Debbie Rowe, the mother of the two of Michael's children, will get visitation, but no extra money. She will also retain her parental rights but, she has agreed not to claim custody.

According to CBS' 'The Early Show', quoting Katherine’s attorney Londell McMillan : ''It's an agreement, an agreement for the best interests of the children. This is not a money deal. This is not about money."

NBC reveled that part of the agreement between Debbie Rowe and Katherine Jackson says that Prince and Paris know that Rowe is their mother and they will start to have a relationship with her, supervised by a child psychologist.

In 'The Early Show', Kathernine’s attorney said about the custody issue that "We will be making an announcement very shortly on that issue, and all of the parties are resolved. There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson." He also denied the idea that Joe Jackson (Michael’s father) will not be involved in children’s life.

Even though Michael’s will say that his friends John Branca and John McClain, should look after his money, 79 years old Katherine receives 40 percent of the estate, and she wants to be kept in touch with all the business matters. And she seems to have no interest in contesting her son’s will. "We're not trying to rewrite the will. Our concern is for anyone to have extraordinary powers, they need to have extraordinary trust and integrity", McMillan added.
