Very few human beings got to the point where being profoundly in love with somebody, they don’t get hurt when that relationship is over. Logically, if they don’t suffer, they aren’t in love.

Yesterday we told you about Jessica Simpson splitting from Tony Romo just before her birthday. But according to what she wrote on her Twitter page, the singer wasn’t in too much pain. So as the first theory says, she wasn’t too in love either. That made us believe that something wasn’t fixing in this story. Soon we seemed to have the answer.

It turns out that the reason for which the two of them broke up was…another man, meaning John Mayer. The same man who supposed to be Jessica’s ‘just friend’.

Some of the Simpson-Romo’s friends revealed that the football star discovered sexy texts from the guitar-strumming rocker on Jessica’s cellphone. Then he found out that she even took lunch with Mayer in Hollywood last month. That is not such a big deal, but the sexy texts?

“They were hanging out and he picked up her phone and she got defensive about it. Tony found messages from John and went ballistic. Tony dumped her right then. He walked out and that was it”, an insider declared for RadarOnline.
