At this Sunday's Kiss Country Chili Cookout in Pembroke Pines, Fla., the singer, 28, got us catching her new curves while as she was performing songs from her fresh released country album Do You Know.

And she must enjoy her plump figure because her high-waisted jeans and a black vest that she wore at the concert were nothing but exposing it!

But Jessica doesn't mind, at least that's what she had stated in a 2007 interview with Harper's Bazaar, quoting a conversation she had had with girlfriend Ken Paves.

"Do you think the guys in here are all really looking at all those skinny girls and thinking, Wow, I want to get with her? Or are they looking at the girls with the curves and thinking, Yeah, I want to get with her!" said Simpson trying to read guys thoughts.

As from her point of view a few pounds extra it's not the end of the world:"Curves are better. "I don't get the whole rail thing. It's not good for your heart, it's not good for your mind; it's emotionally destructive, it really is."
