You thought that Jennifer Aniston’s wonderful body shape is due to her starving herself and crying over Brad Pitt or recently over Brad-ley Cooper? Than you are wrong! Although she is lonely, the actress doesn’t give up her very organized life style which helps her remain very beautiful.
Life & Style magazine has a picture with Jen on its cover and talks about how she does to look so great. It turns out that the actress is "incorporating fitness and food" into her life in moderation.
"Whenever she wants to look her best, Jennifer does this strict diet so she's able to lose five pounds in five days," an insider on the set of ‘The Baster’ declared. "She routinely gets up at 5 in the morning to run before filming starts. We were filming from 6 a.m. until almost 11 at night, and she had a great energy level the whole time. She was upbeat and smiley and never flubbed a line! And her body looks amazing!” said the insider who was close to Jennifer also while she was filming ‘The Bounty’ in New Jersey.
Also in order to have her mind clear, the 40 years old actress brought her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, from LA to her NYC set. Plus that she eats very healthy to conserve her energy.
Not too hard to do it, right?
