As if battling cancer wasn’t enough for actress Farrah Fawcett, her best friend and neighbor, Alana Stewart is suing her. Why? Alana, ex-wife of Rod Stewart and George Hamilton claims that Farrah is using too much water in her garden, water that runs over and floods her property.

She also says that all along with Farrah’s water runs huge quantities of mud and garbage, going to that point where her walkways and fence have eroded and discolored. Oh my God, is that possible? And if there is, why didn’t she sue before?

Also she pretends that because of Farrah’s dirt "an increasing colonization of harmful mold" has built up inside her house.

Alana is seeking damages in excess of $25,000.
