Could Howard K. Stern wish for Anna Nicole Smith’s death?

The mystery of Anna Nicole Smith’s death two years ago might be reveled some time soon. Her conniving hanger-on, Howard K. Stern, and two doctors who wrote unnecessary prescriptions for her have been charged by the LAPD with felony conspiracy to supply controlled substances. They were booked and then released on $20,000 bail each. Also the psychiatrist Kristine Eroshevich might have something to do with the case.

Stern and the two doctors were charged with obtaining drugs for the model and reality-TV star, who died of an accidental prescription-drug overdose in 2007.

Stern, psychiatrist Kristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor are facing felony conspiracy. They gave drugs to Smith and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to her while he was considered an addict. “There is ample evidence that Doctor Eroshevich and Doctor Kapoor violated their ethical obligations as physicians, while Mr. Stern funneled highly addictive drugs to Ms. Smith.”, California Attorney General Jerry Brown declared.

But a few weeks ago Stern said that he never tried to obtain drugs from Kapoor and added that on the trail the judge will have the proof of that.

Kapoor had prescribed methadone for Smith when she was pregnant with daughter Dannielynn, and the Rx was written on one name that Smith was using, “Michelle Chase”

At the time of Smith’s death in the Florida hotel room, 11 medications were found by police during the investigation and all were prescribed by Eroshevich, eight in Stern’s name, two to someone named Alex Katz and one to Eroshevich herself.

Stern and the others being charged doesn’t seem very surprising being given his odd attitude after Anna Nicole Smith passed away. There were many clues that he was some how guilty. Back after she died, the doctors said that she could have been saved by going quickly to the hospital to treat her septicemia caused by an abscess on her buttock that turned into a blood infection and high fever

Another problem in this case is the fact that Stern could still cash in for millions as he’s the executor of Anna’s estate. So we can’t help but wondering if this could be a good motivation for murder!?
