After being charged with violent behavior over his girlfriend, Rihanna, the singer Chris Brown is now sued again. This time it is one photographer’s turn to claim that Brown involved him in a violent incident in March. According to Usmagazine.com, Robert Rosen is suing Brown and the L.A. Fitness gym for assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment.
It seems that, while Brown was playing basketball at the gym's court in Los Angeles, Rosen tried to take photos of him. Tmz.com, quotes Rosen saying that Brown’s bodyguards "shook me with incredible force".
"This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. [Rosen] has done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this", said Mark Geragos, Chris Brown’s attorney.
It turns out that this is not the first time when Rosen gets in the middle of one incident next to a star. The photographer sued Pierce Brosnan in late 2007 after the actor allegedly struck him in the chest in Malibu. The photographer said that Brosnan caused him "severe physical and emotional pain and injuries, including bruised ribs".
