Casey Anthony Re-Arrested

Casey Anthony, the mother of the Florida toddler who has been missing since June, was arrested again on Friday night on fraud and theft charges. The 22-year-old had allegedly used a friend's checkbook to pay for items at several stores and to write a check for cash. Anthony was released from jail last week on $500,000 bond where she had been held on charges of child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter Caylee's disappearance. Although the 3-year-old hasn't been seen since mid-June, Anthony did not report her missing until July. A bounty hunter with the California company that helped Anthony post bond says he no longer believes the little girl is alive. "Absolutely not," Leonard Padilla said. He also told ABC News that he now regrets getting involved with the case. "Maybe we got duped a little bit. Maybe we overestimated her."
On Wednesday it was revealed that air samples taken from Anthony's car showed proof that a decomposing human body had been inside the trunk. Source, Source

bonny says:August 30, 2008, 12:32 pm: in my opinion is that they should of never released her from jail in the first start. that that bonds man just wanted to have his face all over tv. now he sess different about little caily. caily is in Gods hands now, she is one of Gods little Angels. and if her mom dumped her little body in the water area that was shown on one of the pictures that was shown on nancy grace one night where her cell phone picked up a signal. then she may never be found. with the weather the way it was in florida during the tropical storm fay. or and alligator could have gotten her little body. i just wish her mom would stop with the lies taht ahe has been telling and for the sake of her baby that she did not want, and tell where and what she done with her. because it is apperant that with all the lies she has practally hung herself.

I do not understand why she does not just admit that it was an accident and that she was scared and get the whole thing over with. It would make things so much easier for her and it would take a great burden off of her shoulders.

I agree with Duane, I too am glad Florida is a death penalty state. From one mother, how can you kill, hurt, neglect your baby? The state's really need to work on a system that protects children. This, unfortunatly is an all too common tale, with children ending up dead. It's got to stop. If you kill, hurt, neglect a child, you should be sterilized. The sad thing is, she can go on to have more..... And that is a shame.

She loved all that publicity on national TV, now she wants to be the martir. I have not to see a sincere tear on her eyes for Cailee. My believe is that none of them wanted that child, due to the circumstances she was brought into this world. I f she is so sure that Cailee is alive, why not say where she is. She is on denial that the little child is dead. What a horrible family!!!!

It's totally amazing. shbe said the babys father is dead and the grandmother cindee said she didnt know who the father is. they had the mans mother on the news here and she never even knew there was a baby and didnt know casey its all very strange.How can they keep track of all their lies? I hope they find Caylee just for closure on all this because i really think she has been dead for a long time.
I wish they could just give her a shot of sodium penethol and get the truth out of her. Put her in a cell with a million pictures of that little girl and lat her look at them for the rest of her life. I hope they dont make a deal with her to gedt the death penalty off because if anyone deserves the death sentence its casey anthony

These people are covering the murder of a beautiful little girl and wasting law enforcements time and money on false leads! How long did they really expect people to believe these ridiculous babysitter/rotten pizza stories? They did not deserve that little girl. I hope they are all punished to the full extent of the law.
