Britney Spears recently vacationed in Mexico, and she looked tanned, slim and pretty. OK! magazine is revealing just how Britney got her bangin' bod back, which is all well and good, but what about her sons? It's great that Brit is looking healthy on the outside but what about her mental state and custody of her sons? Is she working as hard on those issuesas she is on her figure? OK! mag is saying Britney was "the epitome of the California girl," as she enjoyed the sun and surf on her trip to Los Cabos. Spears did an exclusive photoshoot and revealed how she's regained her pre-kids figure and how she wants to be a healthy role model to her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Okay, nice but seriously, her kids don't care if she has a six-pack tummy - not to say she shouldn't get fit but if she puts as much effort into regaining custody of her boys as she does working out and dieting, then she'll be laughing. Brit tells OK!, "I'm the healthiest I've been all my life. My diet has a lot to do with my getting into shape. I have no sugar. I don't eat fruit or even fruit juice because of the sugar. I eat chicken and salmon and rice. I eat avocados. I'll have egg whites for breakfast and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. "I try to do just 1,200 calories a day. It may sound like it's not much, but it's actually a lot of food if you eat the right things." And she sneaks a little junk in now and again right - here? Spears also visits the gym regularly and has been doing, "lots of cardio and weights," at least five days per week. Listen, I hope she gets her body the way she wants it but I also hope she puts as much work into doing whatever she has to do to get her boys back with her full time. Good luck Brit.
