Although Avril Lavigne is married for three years with 29 years old Deryck Whibley their relationship is not working too well. According to Gatecrasher Avril has been spotted in the Hamptons “looking anything but married”, meaning that the singer was seen in the company of several men (none of them being Deryck). “She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself,” says a source close to the singer.

It seems that Avril had no stress about hanging with different men, until one moment when she might have remembered about the paparazzi. Then “she kept running up to the photographers and asking to see the pictures they took”, one eyewitness declared.

Later, the same day, Avril seemed to have another amnesia about the paparazzi when she went at another Hamptons hot spot, Axe Lounge where she partied all night.

The problems in Avril’s marriage are proven also by the fact that hasn’t been seen with her husband since last December. Whibley attended the L.A. premiere of “Transformers” solo on June 22, while Lavigne was in Saint-Tropez with her girlfriends.

It clearly seems to us that this marriage is almost over!
