Amy Winehouse in court for common assault

Almost every news about Amy Winehouse says that she’s got her self in trouble again. This time it is talking about taking the consequences of assaulting a woman in Berkeley Square, Westminster, central London, on September 26 at a charity ball. For that, the 25 years old singer has to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court. As her spokesman, Chris Goodman, said: "Amy voluntarily attended a police station”.

The problem is that her being charged for Common assault may cause her not being able to receive her working visa for USA so she’ll need to cancel her representation from TheCoachella Festival (California) on April 18.

Rewarded with 5 Grammy statues in 2008, Amy Winehouse should sing in California next to Paul Mccartney and The Killers.

Now, all we can do for her is sing her own song Help Yourself, hoping she will learn something of it: “I can’t help you if you won’t help yourself”.
