The rock cello-wielding Saeli (a former go-go dancer at N.Y.C.’s Pyramid Club) is a hot-muscled Italian boy in a pink glitter metallic suit and feather boa, who offsets the sexy Billy Idol growl of his voice with a Yoko Ono-like falsetto who accompanies him in unison on many of his songs. With dazzlingly mind-bending lyrics that blend myth, fantasy, and magic, Saeli weaves a psychedelic spell once he gets that Marc Bolan groove going.
